Orders and pricing

Bulk pricing applies to orders of 10 pieces or more per product; orders below this quantity are billed at the sample rate. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment

Orders must be paid in full (or deducted from an active wallet balance, for registered partners) before dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Stock and availability

Products are subject to availability. In case of a stock shortfall after an order is placed, we will inform you and offer an alternative, partial dispatch, or refund of the affected amount.
