Return and refund policy

Eligibility for returns

As these are plain wholesale garments intended for further processing (printing/embroidery), returns are accepted only in case of a genuine manufacturing defect or an error in the order fulfilled, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

How to report an issue

Contact us with your order ID and photos of the affected items within 48 hours of delivery. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method, or to your wallet balance for registered partners, within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable situations

Products that have already been printed, embroidered, or otherwise processed cannot be returned.
